Cancellation & Refund

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange after delivery as per our Return Policy.

Returns

At DUKU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or packing slip) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale/Clearance items
  • Intimate apparel
  • Beauty and personal care products

Note: Each product can only be exchanged once.

How to Initiate a Return

You can submit a return request via our website https://duku.co.in, or get in touch with our customer service team at +91 8111 8086 00 or care@duku.co.in. Don’t forget to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.

Pack & Ship: Securely package the items in the original packaging. Include the invoice/packing slip and clearly mark the RA number. Our pickup partner will collect the package and deliver it to our hub.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. Additional time may be required by your bank/credit card provider.
  • Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or product (subject to availability). If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
  • Store Credit: Store credit will be issued in the form of a voucher/code and can be redeemed for future purchases on our website. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 8111 8086 00 or care@duku.co.in with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly delivered items.
  • Unauthorized returns (without RA number) will not be accepted.
  • DUKU reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.
