• The following brands are currently excluded: Blackcat, Sold Out, So Hug Me Kids.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers, deals, sales, discounts, or promotions, including but not limited to staff discounts or any other discount codes or promotions.
• The discount will be automatically applied during checkout, assuming the code is valid and has been accurately entered in the promotional box.
• Once an order is completed, the discount cannot be applied retroactively.
• Postage, packing, and delivery charges are additional costs and not subject to discount.
• Vouchers and discount codes are non-transferable and should not be sold on auction sites for profit.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

The prices of our products and services are displayed on our website. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. You agree to pay the full amount for any purchase you make on our website.

We also accept eWallet payments such as PhonePe and Google Pay 

ORDERS

Upon receiving your order confirmation, please note that this signifies our acknowledgment of your order; however, it does not constitute a binding contract. The contractual agreement will be established once we print the invoice, which indicates our acceptance of the order.

DUKU is under no obligation to accept a customer’s order. This may occur if the order does not meet specific fraud detection criteria, if a customer successfully applies multiple discounts if the order cannot be processed, or if there is a pricing error associated with the product.

All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) By Proceeding to Checkout you are confirming that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions. Currency conversions are approximate, they vary daily and are subject to change. We have no responsibility to match previously seen pricing.  Any payments made by PayPal or Card will be subject to their daily rates.

Duku reserves the right to cancel any order which does not have matching billing and delivery details. We will take precautions to ensure that if details do not match the order has been properly vetted before cancellation takes place.

DUKU tries to be as accurate as possible using supplier information to ensure that the lead times of items are as accurate as possible sometimes forces outside of our control can lead to a delay in delivery to our warehouse. Customers are advised that lead times are estimated times of delivery to our warehouse and they should treat them as estimates.

CANCELLING / RETURNING YOUR ORDER.

DUKU is unable to process order cancellation requests once the goods have been dispatched. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to manage the return and refund of the items. Additionally, deliveries that are refused may incur shipping charges.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Our entire process is structured to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched to you as quickly as possible, minimizing any waiting time. If the items you have chosen are available at the time of your purchase, we will strive to ship your order on the same day. The order will be delivered to the customer within a time frame of 4 to 10 working days.

All products will be delivered within the designated timeframe outlined in the product listings. To minimize shipping costs and expedite delivery, smaller items may be dispatched via standard mail service. This provision may not be applicable for deliveries outside of Kerala. Deliveries will be made to the address you provided in your order. We reserve the right to deliver portions of your order separately, at our discretion and expense

Customers are required to ensure they are available to accept the delivery of their ordered goods. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email or text message containing an estimated delivery date and time, along with tracking information if the items are shipped via courier.

If we are unable to deliver the products to the address you provided for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you and keep the products in storage at your risk. Should you want us to attempt redelivery, you must authorize a charge to your credit or debit card for this service. If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days, we will proceed to cancel the order and issue a refund, deducting any reasonable delivery and storage fees incurred.

Duku retains the authority to modify the service level of an order if a faster delivery option becomes available or if the selected service is considered inappropriate for the shipment due to courier restrictions.

TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

All deliveries require a signature, and you will assume responsibility for the products upon delivery and confirmation of their compliance with the contract. Ownership of the products transfers to you once we have received complete payment.

All shortages and damages should be communicated to us in writing or via email within two business days

It is essential to verify your order immediately upon delivery to confirm that all items are received in the correct colors, quantities, and conditions. We will only acknowledge picking errors reported within two days of receipt. Therefore, inspecting all orders upon arrival is crucial, as any discrepancies cannot be addressed afterward. Additionally, any claims for items damaged during transit must be reported within two days of receipt; claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not provide international shipping during the initial launch phase; the terms specified below will be implemented once the service becomes operational.

Customers purchasing from outside India may be subject to varying tax regulations. DUKU/Globistic Enterprises Private Limited does not impose VAT on orders shipped internationally, meaning customers might be responsible for paying import taxes according to their country’s standard rates for those products. While not all exported items are necessarily held by customs or incur import taxes, there is a possibility of this occurring, so it is advisable to consider the applicable tax rates in your country for these items.

Customers are advised that once an order is accepted, the delivery time may be extended due to international shipping processes, particularly customs clearance.

It is neither our obligation nor our responsibility to facilitate the tax application for any products acquired from outside India.

Entry Fee: There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By entering this competition, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entry Details: The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter will be provided via our social media account – Facebook/Instagram, etc.

Entry Limit: Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person (unless stated otherwise) will be disqualified.

Entry Deadline: The closing date for entry will be announced on social media. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

Entry Responsibility: DUKU is not responsible for entries not received for any reason.

Competition Rules: The rules of the competition will be listed on social media and may vary depending on the type of competition.

Competition Amendments: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Prize Details: DUKU is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the competition.

Prize and Substitution: The prize will be as stated in the competition post via social media. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and DUKU reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents. The winner will be notified by email, Facebook, and/or letter within 21 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, DUKU reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Prize Collection/Delivery: The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.

Decision Finality: The promoter’s decision with respect to all matters relating to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Use of Name and Image: By entering this competition, you agree to the use of your name and image in any publicity material, as well as your entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely by current INDIA data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Winner Announcement: The winner’s name will be available 21 days after the closing date by emailing customer-services at care@duku.co.in.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Sponsorship Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social network. You are providing your information to DUKU and not to any other party.

DUKU Decision: DUKU decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

Social Media Following: The entrant must be following @ DUKU on the relevant social media platform in order to enter.

Modification of Terms and Conditions: DUKU shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Competition Cancellation: DUKU also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
