Shipping and Exchange

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At DUKU, operated by Globistic Enterprises Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. This Shipping & Exchange Policy explains our shipping timelines, charges, exchange process, and returns.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Delivery Timelines:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
    • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1499.

For orders below ₹1499, a minimum shipping fee of ₹75 will be charged.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional handling fee.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Prepaid orders cancelled within this window will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still initiate a return or exchange after delivery as per our Exchange & Return Policy.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your DUKU purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may exchange or return eligible items within 7 days of delivery following the conditions below:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.
  • Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items: Innerwear, socks, accessories, beauty products, and discounted or clearance sale items.
  • Exchange Process: Submit a request via our website or customer service. Our pickup partner will collect the product. Replacement items will be dispatched after inspection and confirmation of eligibility.
  • Return & Refund: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to defective or wrong product delivery.
  • Store Credit: You may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be redeemed for future purchases on our website.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 8111 8086 00 or care@duku.co.in with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Initiate a return request via our website, app, or customer service. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with original packaging, invoice/packing slip, and RA number clearly marked.
4. Our pickup partner will collect the item and deliver it to our hub for processing.
